Sr Software Developer

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy machine learning projects for clients in collaboration with ML researchers.
• Integrate client systems with new developments to ensure seamless functionality.
• Maintain and support production systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create systems to manage and reuse ML models across the organization.
• Compile and repackaging libraries used by researchers to enhance usability.
• Identify and implement tooling solutions that adhere to security policies.
• Build and maintain internal tooling to promote efficient machine learning development.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and maintenance.
• Expertise in Python and Java/C/C++ for development, packaging, and patching.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance engineering.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud enablement tools.
• Knowledge of core infrastructure including hardware, load balancers, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to design ETL pipelines and work with various data tiers such as relational databases and object stores.
• Self-motivated with strong documentation and diagramming skills for complex ideas.
