What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable software test automation frameworks for phased array antenna testing and validation.
Design CI/CD pipelines and hardware-in-the-loop integration testing to streamline software deployment.
Develop software algorithms that interact with antenna devices while analyzing system performance and security.
Define testing procedures and software algorithms in partnership with the hardware design team.
Build cloud applications and dashboards for system monitoring and data visualization.
Design and develop data pipelines to process and analyze massive datasets from RF systems.
Create simulation and modeling applications for antenna performance analysis.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, Java, Go, or similar languages.
Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) automation.
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, containerization, cloud services (AWS), and data processing for large datasets.
