Senior Security Technologist, Customer Trust

What you'll do

• Own the Customer Trust service including security questionnaires, RFP responses, and the customer-facing trust portal.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team while holding members accountable for customer outcomes.
• Respond to security questionnaires and speak directly with external customer security teams to explain controls.
• Build automation and integrations using APIs and AI to reduce manual effort in intake and response drafting.
• Deploy and operate security tooling for GRC, RFP platforms, and internal-build services.
• Translate technical risks and recurring gaps into clear decisions for security, legal, and business leaders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product security and privacy features to drive improvements to sales enablement materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer trust, security assurance, or GRC-facing role.
• Experience leading a team or workstream, formally or informally, including prioritizing work and holding others accountable.
• Hands-on scripting or engineering experience in Python, Go, or similar for automating security or compliance workflows.
• Working knowledge of security controls and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and CIS.
• Experience engaging directly with external customer or partner security teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting technical risk to non-technical and executive audiences.
