Senior Production Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute live streaming operations for company-wide events including all-hands meetings and executive communications.
• Manage and monitor broadcast infrastructure, including encoders, streaming servers, CDN distribution, and player deployment.
• Design streaming architectures and technical run-of-show documents for complex multi-location events.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting of audio/video sync, captioning, and network issues during live broadcasts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of video content including post-event processing, metadata tagging, and VOD publishing.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide incident management and root cause analysis for critical streaming failures.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks like channel creation and reporting.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring dashboards to improve system reliability and scalability.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast engineering, streaming operations, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with professional streaming platforms and real-time troubleshooting during high-stakes live productions.
• Deep understanding of video streaming protocols (RTMP, NDI, SRT), video codecs, and encoding hardware/software.
• Proficiency in CDN concepts, network troubleshooting, bandwidth optimization, and monitoring tools.
• Basic scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AV system design and multi-camera productions (preferred).
• Knowledge of live captioning systems, ECDN technologies, and advanced programming for automation (preferred).
• CTS and QSC certifications, AI knowledge background, and experience with Salesforce products (preferred).
