Senior Product Manager, RAS Stablecoin Risk

What you'll do

• Define problem statements, target outcomes, and roadmap priorities for stablecoin risk and compliance across all payment flows.
• Embed risk-related requirements into the early stages of experience design and product decision-making processes.
• Track and synthesize trends in blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody, and emerging financial crime risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions for fraud, identity, authentication, and dispute management.
• Translate complex business needs and technical constraints into clear, testable product requirements and artifacts.
• Develop product narratives and positioning to align stakeholders on the value of Visa's risk and trust solutions.
• Conduct discovery, design thinking, and prototyping to move products from strategy to launch decisions.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, with an Advanced Degree, or with a PhD.
• Must have product management experience in payments, fintech, commerce technology, or related payments domains (preferred).
• Must possess a strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including tokenization, checkout flows, and network processing (preferred).
• Must demonstrate technical aptitude in reading technical documentation, understanding APIs, data flows, and system interactions (preferred).
• Must have a proven ability to translate complex business needs and technical constraints into clear, testable product requirements (preferred).
• Must be an effective, structured communicator able to influence teams and stakeholders across regions and functions (preferred).
• Must have strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions (preferred).
