What you'll do

  • Own the product roadmap for conversion pixels and server-side events across performance products.
  • Define event schemas and taxonomies to improve signal quality and reliability for optimization.
  • Partner with Data Science to support attribution models and ensure measurement system accuracy.
  • Ensure performance measurement solutions comply with privacy regulations and data governance standards.
  • Lead launches of new measurement systems and integrations, partnering with Sales and Support teams.
  • Investigate and resolve issues impacting measurement coverage and advertiser confidence in reporting.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in product management with expertise in performance AdTech.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion pixels, server-side tracking, and event-based measurement systems.
  • Solid understanding of performance advertising fundamentals including bidding, optimization, attribution, and reporting.
  • Proven experience building measurement and reporting systems for outcome-based advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, and conversion rate.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with event data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and customer-facing teams.
