What you'll do

  • Design and optimize global Source-to-Pay processes for seamless integration between Zip and Oracle.
  • Configure complex workflows in both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement systems.
  • Manage the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration ecosystem.
  • Translate high-level business policies into precise logic within procurement tech stack.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance across Zip and Oracle financial systems.
  • Lead quarterly update cycles for Zip and Oracle to maintain integrated workflow integrity.
  • Develop and govern AI-driven automation strategies in S2P process.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement and 1+ year in Zip HQ.
  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle including PR/PO, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and CLM.
  • Proven ability to manage API-based integrations between intake tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
  • Expertise in mapping complex cross-functional business processes for automation.
  • Strong systems thinking to understand workflow impacts on downstream financial systems.
  • Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in live environments.
