  • Strong experience across natural language understanding, computer vision, retrieval, search, and agentic workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product teams to define requirements and ship high-impact customer-facing capabilities.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical direction for multiple construction workflows.
  • Advanced expertise in multimodal AI systems connecting text, drawings, images, site photos, metadata, and workflow context.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
