What you'll do

  • Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions.
  • Manage products across all lifecycle phases, from launch to sunset.
  • Scope, plan, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into products.
  • Identify opportunities for new trends, features, and products in the market.
  • Build product business cases using research, industry expertise, and financial knowledge.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in agile product management across all lifecycle phases.
  • Experience with account opening and onboarding solutions is preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills for stakeholder engagement.
