The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with HPE Juniper Networking platforms such as ACX Series Routers, EX Series, MX Series, PTX Series, QFX Series, SRX Firewalls, and network management systems like Apstra/Mist, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical insights at an executive level.

Act as the advocate for Technical Support engineers and customers in product decisions.

What we're looking for

Significant experience in advanced networking engineering and product supportability.
Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise and service provider networking technologies.
Demonstrated ability to influence Product Management and Engineering decisions using technical credibility.
Proven track record leading cross-functional technical discussions across Support, NPI, and Engineering.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting support case data and customer feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical issues into executive insights.
