Senior Network Engineer, SaaS Operations

What you'll do

• Design operational standards for firewall configurations and network change requests.
• Maintain secure, auditable firewall configurations in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Evaluate and recommend new network management and monitoring tools.
• Facilitate client-facing network design meetings for connectivity to SaaS services.
• Perform IT system support and administration tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience as a network engineering or network security professional.
• Deep knowledge of IP protocols, routing, VLANs, DNS, and NAT.
• Ability to design operational standards for firewall configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Evaluate and implement emerging network management tools and products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent complex data in executive-level dashboards.
