What you'll do

Own the end-to-end model lifecycle by building pipelines for rapid iteration and production rollout.
Design and operate multi-agent automation pipelines with human approval only at defined escalation points.
Develop workflows using large language model-native tools for on-device evaluation, regression triage, and root cause analysis.
Create launch tooling to build shell scripts and CLI commands that turn configurations into running training jobs across phases.
Enhance observability and reliability in ML production systems through infrastructure-as-code and developer-friendly CLI design.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
Production experience with cloud ML platforms (GCP TPU, AWS GPU clusters).
Expertise in the ML training lifecycle including data preprocessing and distributed training.
Experience designing CLI tools and improving developer ergonomics.
Bias towards building observable and reliable systems.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.
