The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, Back End - (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) leads a team of developers to build and manage a portfolio of diverse technology projects. Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.

What we're looking for
At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
At least 4 years of people management experience.
Master’s Degree (preferred)
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js (preferred)
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
5+ years of experience across Marketing Tech platforms for audience segmentation, experimentation, personalization, journeys and decisioning (preferred)
3+ years of experience in implementing AI and Gen AI for Marketing use cases (preferred)
7+ years of people management experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
