Senior Manager, Product Management

What you'll do

• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for network infrastructure including security, performance, reliability, and embedded software.
• Make critical trade-off decisions between customer performance, system reliability, and delivery velocity across competing workstreams.
• Lead and develop a team of product experts to ensure high standards in technical depth and customer-centric thinking.
• Drive the embedded software product strategy for both customer terminals and satellite vehicles.
• Create strategic narratives, investment proposals, and roadmap documents to inform executive decision-making.
• Represent network infrastructure in executive reviews by articulating priorities, risks, and resource requirements.
• Establish and maintain planning cadences, milestone tracking, and communication rhythms across diverse stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, network engineering, or infrastructure program leadership.
• Deep career experience in networking including IP networking, SDN, routing/switching, network security, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the VP/Director level to earn trust and influence without authority.
• Experience with AWS, operating systems, satellite communications, or embedded software (preferred); 4+ years of Amazon experience (preferred).
