Extensive leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
Strong technical background including API interpretation, system architecture analysis, and data flow management.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog prioritization and sprint execution.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for project management and documentation.
