Sr Lead Security Engineer - Workforce

What you'll do

• Independently design and implement advanced security solutions across various environments.
• Write code and develop automation for integrating security controls throughout the SDLC.
• Drive adoption of emerging cybersecurity technologies like zero trust architectures.
• Triage threats based on risk assessments and manage resources during disruptive events.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing while remaining an individual contributor.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade security solutions in public cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency in modern programming languages for automation and security tooling.
• Deep understanding of secure software development practices including code review, static/dynamic analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Expertise in version control systems and agile work management tools with a focus on collaborative engineering environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing and controls.
• Proven ability to independently solve complex design challenges and mitigate security risks proactively.
