Senior Lead Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Own security architecture and technical strategy for major platforms, including cryptography, cloud security, and identity.
• Lead complex security engineering initiatives from initial design through final implementation across multiple organizations.
• Drive threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead artificial intelligence-focused initiatives to advance security capabilities and accelerate risk analysis.
• Facilitate security requirements clarification for multiple networks to enable multi-level security environments.
• Apply AI-assisted practices within the software development lifecycle to strengthen security testing and control validation.
• Triage and manage resources based on risk assessments to mitigate the impact of disruptive events.
• Recommend business modifications to senior leaders during periods of vulnerability to maintain security posture.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Skilled in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level security solutions.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized artificial intelligence capabilities to support security engineering workflows.
• Ability to review and validate artificial intelligence-assisted security recommendations for security, resiliency, and auditability.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages to solve design and functionality problems independently.
• Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes in cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• Extensive experience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testing.
• Experience with confidential computing, zero-trust architecture, or identity and access management at enterprise scale (preferred).
