Senior Lead Product Manager, Merchant Integrations

What you'll do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps specifically for API offerings and merchant integrations.
• Simplify integration processes to help merchants and partners go live faster with Paze products.
• Define technical requirements, groom user stories, and manage the development lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Design and deliver developer-friendly APIs while serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
• Oversee the integration of risk management controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage the evolution of documentation platforms to improve developer experience and onboarding metrics.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to build products that solve specific pain points.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must independently possess eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
• A bachelor's degree is typically required, or a post-secondary degree with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Related work experience is required if no specific degree is held.
• Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development processes and methodologies is required.
• Proven experience in building product strategy, roadmaps, and meeting revenue targets for API products is required.
• Experience in one or more of APIs, Web/Mobile/Server SDK, and Developer Experience in a fintech setting (preferred).
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Certifications in design thinking and/or agile are preferred.
