JOB TITLE: Sr. Full Stack Developer The Sr. Full Stack Developer joins the Technology Enablement Engineering team to solve complex problems for the CMD business. This role involves analyzing business problems, clarifying requirements, and evaluating technology feasibility to develop next-generation systems. You will work within a self-organizing, cross-functional team to execute projects from scratch to production, refine backlogs with Product Owners, and collaborate on integration designs. Key responsibilities include mining large datasets for insights and formulating automation engineering solutions. Required technical skills include proficiency in BizTalk applications, including Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, and Orchestrations. You must have hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C#, .Net Core, and Windows/Linux. The role focuses on data integration, API services, and business process management within the financial services and insurance product domain.

What you'll do

Analyze complex business problems to clarify requirements and evaluate technology feasibility.
Develop end-to-end solutions to solve complex business problems.
Refine the product backlog and prioritize use cases with the Product Owner.
Design and implement data integrations and API services using AWS cloud technologies.
Develop all components of BizTalk including Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, and Orchestrations.
Mine large datasets to extract insights and convert them into new product features.
Execute projects from initial conception through to production across multiple teams.
Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years’ experience in software development, architecture and/or cloud technologies.
Proficiency in administration of existing BizTalk applications.
Ability to develop all components of BizTalk including Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, Custom Components, BAM, BRE and Orchestrations.
Hands-on experience implementing data integration and API services with AWS cloud technologies.
Strong foundation with modern SDLC in AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C#, .Net Core, and Windows/Linux.
Experience being part of a fast-paced agile software development team.
Experience with Financial Services and Annuities or Insurance products (preferred).
