Sr. Front-End/Full Stack Developer
As part of the Loyalty Program team, you will serve as a lead UI/UX-minded engineer responsible for driving the client-side evolution and expansion of the Clover Dashboard. You will own the user experience end-to-end, translating complex data into responsive web applications while bridging the gap between design, product, and backend services. Your daily responsibilities include architecting modular frontend applications, establishing state management standards, and optimizing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. The role requires expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, supported by full-stack capabilities in Java and Spring Boot. You will also utilize AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate delivery. Key technical requirements include experience with Webpack, Vite, CSS frameworks, and web security protocols like OAuth2. This role focuses on solving the challenge of delivering high-performance merchant analytics and dashboard interfaces at scale.
Architect, design, and develop high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Establish frontend best practices, state management standards, and component libraries for the Clover Dashboard.
Design, consume, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for web and mobile platforms.
Integrate with backend microservices built on Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless data flow.
Implement AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, and UI performance profiling.
Own the full lifecycle of client features from initial design through deployment and production monitoring.
Mentor team members on frontend capabilities, web performance optimization, and automated UI testing strategies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of software development experience with a proven focus on Frontend/Web Engineering.
Expertise in React and TypeScript including state management, build tooling, and web performance optimization.
Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot to integrate with backend microservices.
Experience with modern CSS frameworks, component design systems, and responsive web design.
Practical knowledge of RESTful API design, HTTP/browser protocols, web security, and relational databases.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Experience with Micro-frontend architectures, Python, Node.js, GraphQL, or Docker/Kubernetes (preferred); Fintech or e-commerce background (preferred).
