You will work closely with HR business leaders and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across systems such as Workday, while also contributing to architectural decisions that drive modernization efforts in the workforce management ecosystem. This role requires expertise in Java programming, experience with evaluating new technologies, and a strong track record of delivering scalable solutions at enterprise scale.

What we're looking for
