What you'll do
Leads the development of new semiconductor manufacturing technologies from concept to production release.
Manages a team of Process Engineers and Technicians, setting performance expectations and KPIs.
Develops project schedules and systems to monitor progress for process development projects.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and needs.
Works closely with Product Development teams to integrate design principles into robust manufacturing processes.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience in project management, process validation, and design control processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for technical information creation and presentation.
Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods, and data analysis tools like Minitab or JMP.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with exposure to semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience in developing a process from concept to transfer in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Leadership experience in coaching, supporting, and managing performance expectations for team members.
