Senior Engineer, ML, SMAI

What you'll do

• Build and maintain data and solution pipelines to support machine learning model training and deployment.
• Design, implement, and iterate on machine learning models to solve specific business challenges.
• Optimize data structures in cloud platforms like Snowflake, GCP, and Azure for AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and deploy enterprise-grade applications leveraging LLMs, multimodal architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning solutions in cloud environments.
• Establish monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Build custom software components and analytics applications for the organization.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field with 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience building enterprise-grade end-to-end machine learning systems in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in regression, classification, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
• Experience with event-driven pipelines using Pub/Sub, Solace, or Kafka.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and ETL/ELT pipelines using Kubeflow, Dataflow, or Airflow.
• Skills in SQL, RESTful API development, and prompt engineering for LLMs and agentic systems.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning domain-specific models, and semiconductor manufacturing big data.
