What you'll do

Lead the execution of high-priority strategic programs and large-scale technical products for Associate Experience Technology.
Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers to deliver real-time, intelligent experiences.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire delivery life-cycle of scalable platforms and services.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide critical technology-based decisions.
Establish the foundations for the TPM practice by teaching the organization best practices and industry standards.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Manage large and complex programs by securing commitments on deliverables and unblocking cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers.
Ability to lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and simplify complex technical concepts.
Experience in building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment (preferred).
9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
