The Sr. Director, Data & Agentic AI Experience leads a global team of Data and AI business partners, product managers, and strategists to drive enterprise-wide innovation. This leader serves as the primary advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business strategies into funded roadmaps for Data, Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Key responsibilities include governing the investment portfolio, defining the Agentic AI Experience Strategy, and establishing an AI Experience Marketplace for discovering and reusing intelligent services. The role requires expertise in Data Platforms, Cloud Ecosystems, AI/ML, and specific frameworks like LangGraph and Semantic Kernel. Operating within the MedTech and Orthopedics domain, the position solves complex problems regarding operational excellence, productivity, and measurable business value realization through autonomous workflows and intelligent assistants.
Serve as the primary executive advisor to leadership on Data, AI, and Agentic AI opportunities.
Translate business strategies into funded multi-year investment portfolios and implementation roadmaps.
Own the end-to-end enterprise portfolio including demand intake, prioritization, funding, and delivery oversight.
Define and govern the enterprise Agentic AI strategy for autonomous workflows and intelligent assistants.
Build and lead an AI Experience Marketplace for discovering and scaling reusable AI solutions.
Establish KPI frameworks to measure adoption, productivity, and financial return on AI investments.
Lead a global team of Data and AI leaders, product managers, and business consultants.
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure data quality, security, and governance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
15+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, AI, Product Management, or Technology Strategy.
8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale Data and AI organizations.
Proven success partnering with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and owning enterprise demand management, investment planning, and portfolio governance.
Experience translating business strategy into funded transformation roadmaps and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and budgets.
Strong understanding of Data Platforms, Cloud Ecosystems, Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
Experience leading enterprise product organizations and driving product-centric operating models.
