Senior Director AI Platform Engineering

What you'll do

• Architect and own the technical design of a scalable Agentic AI Platform and "Agent Harness & Orchestrator."
• Build a multi-agent ecosystem featuring tool-calling, deterministic execution, data synthesis, RAG, and state management.
• Transition linear pipelines into autonomous, self-correcting workflows for complex engineering and analytical tasks.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Lead the development of predictive models, risk assessments, fraud detection, and recommendation engines to drive revenue.
• Evaluate external data sources and provide due diligence recommendations regarding their value and integration.
• Review and guide the technical work of senior data scientists to ensure deliverable quality and accuracy.
• Communicate complex technical results and industry impacts to C-level management and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a related role with extensive industry experience with predictive models.
• Experience designing or deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions in an enterprise or production environment.
• Extensive engineering or technology background with specific knowledge of Data & Analytics.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills to work across business units and with internal stakeholders.
• Cloud certification (preferred).
• Financial services experience (preferred).
