Senior Director, AI & Data Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of end-to-end data and AI products.
• Establish scalable data patterns and system integrations aligned with the enterprise northstar architecture.
• Develop and deploy intelligent data products and platforms to drive business outcomes.
• Manage the FP&SC Lakehouse to ensure adherence to best practices for data management.
• Drive the strategic direction for information solutions to improve data quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Investigate and evaluate new software packages, vendors, and platforms for AI and data capabilities.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals by setting goals and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Establish standards for data governance, security, and reporting integrity across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in leading strategy, innovation, and architecting data projects and products.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical field, AI, data science, and analytics.
• 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role in data engineering and architecture, focusing on end-to-end data product strategy.
• 7+ years of advanced knowledge of data tools, techniques, and manipulation including cloud platforms, programming languages, and technology platforms.
• Experience building and leading vision, strategy, and execution of foundational data and information product initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing large scalable systems, best practices, and standards for data management, governance, and security.
• Proven ability to build, manage, mentor, and inspire teams while fostering an environment of autonomy and innovation.
