What you'll do

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for data products built on large-scale datasets.
  • Lead and manage teams of data engineers and developers to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and platforms.
  • Deliver AI-ready data products including feature engineering, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data product solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, security, governance, and adherence to client delivery SLAs.
  • Drive performance, scalability, and cost optimization for large-scale data processing.
  • Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-budget delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or software development.
  • 4+ years of experience leading data engineering or data product teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing.
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL, data modeling, and cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps/DataOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
