The role requires expertise in roadmapping, OKRs, prioritization, and requirements gathering to improve speed and quality while ensuring responsible AI integration across the entire product lifecycle within a complex enterprise environment.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate and manage tools, platforms, and AI agents to support product management workflows and infrastructure.
  • Define and implement requirements for the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) to improve speed and quality.
  • Develop and scale AI-assisted and AI-led workflows to automate and enhance product management processes.
  • Translate product team needs into technical requirements, pilot programs, and adoption plans.
  • Lead the adoption of new tools through training, onboarding, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
  • Coach Digital Product Managers on core skills like discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and outcome measurement.
  • Identify friction points in the product lifecycle and recommend improvements through automation or workflow design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product management practices align with corporate standards.

What we're looking for

  • Must have one of: Doctorate plus 2 years experience; Master’s plus 6 years; Bachelor’s plus 8 years; Associate’s plus 10 years; or High school plus 12 years in relevant fields.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
  • Experience in product operations, digital product management, product tooling, digital transformation, or technology enablement (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product management practices across the Product Development Lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and OKRs.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or driving adoption of tools for portfolio planning, analytics, documentation, or AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to translate product team needs into requirements, pilots, recommendations, enablement plans, and scalable workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or regulated industries; familiarity with generative AI workflows and responsible AI principles (preferred).
