Senior Developer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and unit test highly scalable applications.
• Provide maintenance support for applications and handle incident escalations.
• Define project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed designs for application solutions.
• Develop and distribute reusable technical components and basic design documents.
• Participate in sprint planning, coding, unit testing, and sprint reviews.
• Assist in developing technical documentation and participating in test-plan development.
• Establish design and development standards to ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
• Perform application productionalizing tasks including administration, configuration management, and performance tuning.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of IT experience, a Technical Certification with 6 years of IT experience, or 8 years of IT experience.
• Experience in traditional languages (COBOL/Perl/C+), scripting languages (BASH/PERL/PYTHON/RUBY), and web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
• Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS), mobile technologies (HP Anywhere/iOS/Android/Java/HTML5), and service oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience in cloud computing (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS), application configuration, rapid prototyping, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development).
• Experience in application/product feature design, system performance management, systems change/configuration management, and business requirements management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred).
• 4 years of experience in Java 21, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices, Kafka, IBM MQ, SQL, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Apache Camel, CXF, Hibernate, OAuth2.0, and Spring JPA (preferred).
• 2+ years with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Mulesoft (preferred).
