The Sr. Data Analysis Manager joins the IFX Data Intelligence & Insights team to serve as an intelligence engine for tech and AI leadership. What you'll do

Refine and maintain an enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework.
Plan and execute validation projects to ensure data integrity.
Assess the quality, risk, and usage of analytical tool methodologies across the company.
Research and prototype industry best practices for emerging analytical tools.
Communicate technical results through written validation reports and verbal presentations.
Coach and mentor junior staff members on technical and analytical tasks.
Develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of experience.
Must have at least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
Must have at least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
Must have at least 2 years of experience managing people.
Master’s Degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field (preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in statistical or econometrics hands-on work (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience manipulating and performing analysis with large data sets (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in financial services industry (preferred).
