What you'll do

Design, build, and manage scalable CI systems for product integration and submission workflows.
Develop automation tools and workflows to improve developer productivity and streamline testing processes.
Monitor the health of CI systems and analyze test results to identify root causes of failures.
Perform routine infrastructure maintenance including build/OS upgrades, credential management, and environment configuration.
Create innovative solutions to address scalability challenges and reduce operational complexity in CI environments.
Implement AI technologies and workflows to enhance engineering efficiency and automation.
Maintain the reliability and performance of integration pipelines across the Xcode engineering ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Strong object-oriented programming skills, preferably in Python or Swift.
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining tools, test infrastructure, or CI systems.
Strong system-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to improve engineering efficiency and automation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience developing and managing large-scale CI environments.
Experience with containerized environments using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes on Linux platforms.
