Senior BI Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own and manage one or more BI solutions products from conception to delivery.
• Translate customer needs into actionable BI solution products that provide business value.
• Write technical requirements and prioritize development tasks for the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.
• Promote product usage across a broad audience within the organization.
• Assist with BI development and data engineering tasks as needed.
• Generate insights through the delivery of complex analytics and BI solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a quantitative field, or Master's and 2 years, or a Ph.D. in a related field.
• Proficiency in at least four of the following: data analysis/query languages, machine learning/statistical modeling, data visualization, high-level programming, distributed computing, or healthcare understanding.
• Experience independently delivering or leading the delivery of a complex analytics or BI solutions project or product.
• At least 2 years of experience with BI applications like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience building visualizations for different levels of organization, including tactical and strategic levels.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to present and communicate to different levels of the organization.
• Master's degree in a computational field or a Bachelor's degree with significant healthcare experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
