What you'll do

  • Lead deployment and continuous improvement of hardware-enabled applications in manufacturing.
  • Support machine connectivity, industrial I/O, sensors, IoT devices, and data acquisition systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving applications, hardware interfaces, and connected equipment.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and engineering prints for system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and technical standards.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing technology environments or equivalent education.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware/software solutions in shop floor, lab, or test settings.
  • Experience with machine connectivity, industrial I/O, sensors, IoT devices, and data acquisition systems.
  • Proficiency with National Instruments platforms, DAQ systems, and automated test environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings for troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of HMI/SCADA, factory management, analytics, and digital manufacturing applications.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to enhancing manufacturing technology solutions.
