Senior Analyst, Technical: AI Inventory & Risk Registry

What you'll do

• Maintain an accurate and complete inventory of AI assets including agents, MCP servers, LLM keys, and applications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI assets by overseeing onboarding, active management, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain the AI risk register ensuring every open item has a designated owner and a specific due date.
• Drive initiatives to identify and resolve all unregistered AI assets to achieve 100% coverage.
• Produce data visualizations and reports for leadership to facilitate faster decision-making regarding AI assets.
• Provide evidence for audits and manage the monthly measures dashboard for internal audit remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with Cyber, Legal, Privacy, and TPRM teams to ensure new AI assets are properly registered and tiered.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, though equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Must have 4 to 7+ years of experience in IT asset management, risk management, data governance, or compliance operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and technical writing is required.
• Experience in audit evidence production, risk register management, and asset lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding) is required.
• Ability to perform AI risk tiering, classification, and manage data quality and completeness.
• Preferred experience with GRC platforms, AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001), and compliance requirements like SOX or GDPR.
