What you'll do

  • Design AI-native enterprise architectures for large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Architect multi-agent ecosystems that integrate enterprise applications, data platforms, and business processes.
  • Define guardrails, policies, and boundary specifications for agentic AI systems and autonomous decision-making.
  • Develop Responsible AI frameworks covering bias mitigation, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead client architecture workshops and executive design reviews to guide AI transformation journeys.
  • Govern the AI-First Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and establish standards for production readiness.
  • Design AI-powered decisioning systems and monitoring frameworks for high-risk use cases in regulated industries.

What we're looking for

  • 7 to 15 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years in Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture, or Digital Transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs across multiple business domains.
  • Strong experience working directly with executive stakeholders and client architecture boards.
  • Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent Systems.
  • Proficiency in AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Cloud-native AI Architectures.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Regulatory Technology (preferred).
