What you'll do

Manage and develop a team of specialty-domain engineers with low to moderate complexity projects.
Ensure adherence to Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements in each release.
Identify and recommend solutions for technology roadblocks during the software development cycle.
Act as an escalation partner, removing impediments and promoting a culture of continual improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners to drive user satisfaction and influence technology priorities.
Hire, mentor, and guide talent development to build specialized domain experience and skills in direct reports.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field required
At least 4 years of software or application development experience
2 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
Proficiency with Java programming, Documentum Content Management, and D2
Experience with J2EE, Web Services, SQL, Tomcat, JBOSS, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, and Spring
Ability to manage software development cycle and ensure security standards
