Specialist, Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute and validate Mainframe batch jobs to ensure accurate processing of billing data.
• Perform end-to-end testing across policy, account, payment, and downstream processing flows.
• Query DB2 databases using SQL to verify backend results and transaction accuracy.
• Develop and execute automated tests using Playwright, Tosca, and AI-assisted generation tools.
• Conduct performance testing using JMX and load-testing scripts to evaluate system scalability.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle by identifying, prioritizing, documenting, and retesting issues.
• Create and maintain reusable regression test suites to improve overall testing efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Experience testing Mainframe-based applications and managing batch processing environments.
• Proficiency in DB2 SQL querying to validate backend data and transaction results.
• Experience with the Tosca automation framework or similar low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience using Playwright or other modern web test automation frameworks.
• Ability to perform performance testing using JMX and load-testing scripts.
• Experience in end-to-end testing for complex billing, financial, or transaction-oriented systems.
• At least four years of experience using test optimization and automation processes and tools.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field are preferred.
