What you'll do

Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone deliveries for circuit card assembly and PCB design.
Use Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to analyze schedule and cost variances and implement corrective actions.
Create Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) to link hardware schedules with overarching project milestones.
Determine monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC) for headcount and workload predictions.
Identify project risks and drive mitigation or recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate and lead technical reviews, status reviews, and design review preparations.
Provide cost estimations for bid and proposal efforts for future work pursuits.
Interface between functional and project leadership teams to ensure alignment on technical execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience including financial and schedule tracking.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US DoD security clearance.
Experience leading or coordinating CCA/PCB hardware-development efforts in a cross-functional engineering environment (preferred).
Familiarity with hardware development lifecycle requirements, configuration management, and change control processes (preferred).
Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or other schedule and peer review tools (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
