What you'll do
- Support the full lifecycle of Electronic Warfare systems from conceptual development through product phase-out.
- Capture and manage customer requirements while ensuring traceability to verification test matrices.
- Decompose and assign requirements to appropriate functional areas of responsibility.
- Develop technical documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Ensure system performance, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Provide in-house technical support during the operational life cycle of systems.
- Travel up to 40% of the time to customer and subcontractor sites for meetings and verification activities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
- Must currently hold a DoD security clearance.
- Presentation and communication skills (preferred).
- Problem solving skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines (preferred).
- Understanding of project coordination and roles of technical support personnel (preferred).
- Ability to work independently (preferred).
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
- U.S. citizens.
