Support the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for client invoices across multiple asset classes.
Act as a subject matter expert on fee billing processes and data flows to identify risks and improvements.
Lead business analysis and requirements definition for enhancements to the Revenue Oversight Platform.
Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable artifacts for platform development.
Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues and lead process improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
3-5+ years experience in investment operations, fee billing, or related financial services roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Ability to conduct business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
Experience supporting operational teams while leading complex initiatives independently.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven skills in communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated capability in risk mitigation, controls, and documentation for billing processes.
