What you'll do

Develop and deploy Spark-based pipelines using PySpark or Java to process petabyte-scale data.

Manage the assessment and architecture of distributed computing systems using tools like AWS or Kafka.
Monitor and operate large-scale data platforms to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

Guide a multi-disciplinary team through the full lifecycle of data engineering projects in an agile environment.

What we're looking for

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
5+ years of experience in Spark development, including PySpark or Java Spark.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex data applications at enterprise scale.
5+ years of experience with big data and building ETL pipelines to process petabyte scale data.
Experience modeling complex data structures of varied formats.
Experience with distributed data and computing tools including Spark, AWS, or Kafka.
Ability to develop scripts for converting data into usable formats and support scaling, monitoring, and operating data platforms.
Bachelor’s degree.
