Space Planning Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily move, add, and change requests across office environments.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for space transitions.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project costs and process purchase orders accurately.
• Conduct regular audits of seating assignments and office spaces for compliance.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in space planning, office relocations, or move management.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor coordination, and purchase order management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• PMP certification preferred.
