What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Proven experience managing outsourcing contract manufacturing partners.
Strong track record of successful NPI sourcing strategy development.
Expertise in procurement, product development, and negotiating with diverse suppliers.
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
