Solutions Integration Architect - Jaggaer
The Solutions Integration Architect joins the engineering team to build the technical foundation for Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. This role focuses on internal technical enablement by designing, maintaining, and iterating on core Jaggaer integration templates for sourcing, eProcurement, and invoicing. The architect will bridge product and field teams to convert complex customer requirements into scalable, reusable data mapping patterns and standardized assets. Key responsibilities include supporting pre-sales engineering, defining consulting best practices, and managing API configurations. Candidates must possess over six years of experience with Jaggaer or similar procurement platforms, including expertise in eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. Required technical skills include proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, cXML, XML, standard authentication protocols, and iPaaS tools. The role solves the challenge of creating robust, repeatable integration workflows within complex enterprise procurement environments.
Design, maintain, and iterate on core Jaggaer integration templates for sourcing, eProcurement, and invoicing.
Convert complex, bespoke customer requirements into reusable data mapping patterns and standardized internal assets.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with product architecture.
Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet technical architectures for prospective customers.
Define and document technical consulting best practices to ensure consistency across all customer implementations.
Develop deep expertise in multiple ERP ecosystems, data models, and Zip’s App Studio.
Execute hands-on API configurations and template modifications to ensure scalable, repeatable integration solutions.
What we're looking for
Must have 6+ years of experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement platforms.
Must possess strong knowledge of Jaggaer business processes, including eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Must have experience in ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration.
Must be proficient with REST/SOAP APIs, cXML, XML, and standard authentication protocols.
Must be able to test and troubleshoot integration errors while working with API documentation.
Preferred familiarity with iPaaS tools is desired for the role.
Must possess strong communication skills to translate technical information for various audiences.
Must demonstrate a process-driven mindset with an ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
