What you'll do

Propose technical approaches to business stakeholders to meet current and future organizational needs.
Define the technical target state for products and drive the achievement of the architectural strategy.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture discovery and decision-making.
Evaluate new technologies and external vendor solutions for architectural applicability within existing systems.
Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across the software development life cycle.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Proficiency across SDLC execution, including automation, continuous delivery, and agile methods like CI/CD.
Demonstrated proficiency in a technical discipline such as cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile.
Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within software engineering and architecture workflows.
Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
