What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales, or marketing analysis.
Strong understanding of modern API architecture including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and data pipeline design.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including agent-to-agent communication, orchestration layers, and LLM-powered workflows.
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and connectors such as ServiceNow, SAP, and ERP/WMS/TMS ecosystems.
Ability to design and present clear solution architecture diagrams documenting integration points, data flows, and system dependencies.
Supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, or financial risk domain experience.
Experience supporting or designing solutions on data-intensive, AI-native SaaS platforms (preferred).
