What you'll do

Design end-to-end software architectures, microservices, and API topologies for global supply chain domains.
Build intelligent decision engines and Human-in-the-Loop agent workflows using modern AI tooling.
Design robust data pipelines and storage models across MongoDB, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
Build functional proof-of-concept prototypes to validate technical requirements and designs.
Partner with engineering squads to develop automated testing frameworks and ensure high test coverage.
Translate business priorities from stakeholders into clear technical roadmaps and architectural designs.
Define solution testing strategies and facilitate User Acceptance Testing and defect triage.

What we're looking for

Requires a Bachelor's plus 7 years, Master's plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience.
Requires 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering design, enterprise solution architecture, and distributed systems design.
Must have demonstrated expertise in architecting end-to-end, multi-tier enterprise solutions, microservices, and modern API-driven architectures.
Must be proficient in technology-agnostic integration, enterprise messaging, and service-oriented communication patterns.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of MongoDB, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Oracle data architectures.
Must have experience defining solution testing strategies, automated test validation, UAT, and defect triage.
Must have a solid functional understanding of Supply Chain management operations.
Must be able to influence technical roadmaps, drive consensus across stakeholders, and mentor architectural talent.
Preferred to have experience designing AI-native solutions, agentic workflows, LLM tool integration, and prompt engineering.
Preferred to have hands-on experience with AI-assisted software construction tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude.
Preferred to have experience with containerized and cloud platforms like Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
Preferred to have an advanced understanding of non-functional requirements for high availability and secure data access.
