What you'll do

Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) that serve as strategic roadmaps for operations teams and product managers.
Design innovative service architectures to improve operational efficiency and align with global business goals.
Provide architectural guidance to align service requests with core internal toolsets.
Inform product roadmaps by analyzing the demand backlog and identifying organizational requirements for new capabilities.
Create briefing materials to communicate technical design benefits and strategic outcomes to executive leadership.
Provide technical architecture support for customized deployments of the Local Service Management Platform.
Evaluate and select tools based on alignment with global service business objectives.
Act as a technical consultant across teams to guide the execution of high-impact service delivery roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
5+ years of related experience.
Expertise in cloud architecture across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with ITS and CRM platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or PureCloud.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, storage, and server technology foundations.
Proven ability in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and technical communication to executive leadership.
Knowledge of operational support event management platforms like Oracle Service Assurance or Zabbix (preferred).
