As a Software Technical Leader, Test Automation, Splunk, you will join the team to architect the roadmap for an AI-agentic Security Operations Center. What you'll do

Define and oversee the architectural roadmap for quality foundations and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
Develop AI-based solutions and automated tools to identify systemic gaps and mitigate risks in testing methodologies.
Mentor engineering talent and conduct architectural reviews to guide teams through complex technical hypothesis validations.
Establish rigorous standards and governance for the lifecycle of proof-of-concept experiments and new testing paradigms.
Implement advanced validation techniques including LLM-as-judge methodologies, tenant isolation probes, and behavioral regression suites.
Manage the quality ecosystem to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes that align with enterprise-level standards.
Partner with leadership to enforce contract testing, audit log validation, and security compliance across the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
Experience architecting large-scale testing ecosystems.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Go.
Experience with security compliance frameworks and modern performance testing methodologies.
Experience using AI to build automation and develop agentic workflows.
Expertise in LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and LangChain/LangSmith.
Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, K6, and JMeter.
